What it is

A re-establishment survey is a cadastral survey that re-instates the original title boundaries of your land using historical plans, abuttal evidence and field measurements. Our licensed surveyors place pegs at corner points and provide a sketch showing boundary dimensions and any encroachments.

Why it matters

Without certified boundaries you risk building over a title line, fencing onto a neighbour's land, or losing developable area. Councils, builders and lenders frequently require a current re-establishment survey before approving works. Getting it right up front prevents demolition orders, neighbour disputes and expensive redesigns.
