A feature and level survey is a detailed topographic plan of your site. Our licensed surveyors record spot levels, contours, existing buildings, fences, retaining walls, driveways, vegetation and visible service points (pits, hydrants, power poles), then deliver a CAD-ready plan referenced to AHD.
